  The first is  a 3-4 week rapid discovery of potential cloud computing initiatives with high to medium business benefits and quick implementation timeframes.
  
  This option is a great starting point for businesses seeking to identify the best cloud computing opportunities.
  

• Enterprise Level
  The second level is an 8-12 week deep-dive assessment of high-impact areas. This option is geared more towards in-depth application portfolio analysis targeting large enterprises. Here, the objective is to identify quick-win, intermediate and long-term opportunities resulting in strong business cases with estimated annualized savings and benefits.

Implementation

At the implementation stage, we work with companies to transition business processes to existing SaaS platforms, develop custom applications where required and create development, test, production environment(s) / sandboxes for permanent and/or temporary use.
